Exchange & Return Policy Statement

If you are not delighted with your purchase, Dress Blessed will gladly exchange or refund any item returned within 30 days. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Refund will include all taxes initially paid on the returned item.

Exchange Instructions:

To process an exchange, please:

  • Contact us at CustomerCare@dressblessed.com include your name, phone number, item to be exchanged, order # or date of purchase, and reason for exchange. Understanding your reason for exchange allows us to continually improve our products and service.
  • Let us know the replacement item you would like. If you are uncertain, please call 312-955-0404 and we can assist with your selection.
  • If your new merchandise is a lower price, you will be refunded the difference in the method of original payment. For a higher priced item, you will need to indicate how the difference will be covered.
